Job Description:
Are you passionate about customer service and content moderation? Do you have a native level of Italian and a B2 level of English? We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to provide excellent support to our Italian market customers. Your responsibilities will include providing answers and solutions to questions and concerns via phone, email, or social media, as well as following up on issues if needed. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to validate written content for a social media platform, ensuring its accuracy and quality. If you are a team player who is comfortable communicating with people, energetic, and innovative, we want to hear from you

Requirements:
Native level of Italian and B2 level of English, passion for customer service and content moderation, knowledge of the value and impact of a good customer experience, attentive listener and skilled communicator, energetic and proactive attitude, excitement about intercultural communication, and willingness to relocate to Lisbon. We offer an unfixed term contract, full-time working hours, a competitive salary of 1050 € gross/month, and a performance-based bonus of 120 € from the 4th full month. We also provide help with acquiring the NIF and SSN, a relocation package of 360 euros per month for the first three months, paid professional training, and fun company-wide initiatives.
