The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting users who have requested a service after a 48-hour period or re-establishing contact with previous users. Key responsibilities include identifying users' actual needs through effective communication, verifying and confirming company data provided by users, and referring contacts to suppliers. Requirements include fluency or native proficiency in Italian, excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong customer orientation, and the ability to handle challenging situations. The position offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including a meal allowance and transportation bonus.
