Job Summary

The Customer Service Specialist for the Italian market is a key role in our team, responsible for reaching out to users who have requested a specific service or re-establishing contact with previous users. This position requires fluency in Italian, excellent communication skills, and a strong customer-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contact Users: Reach out to users who have requested a service after a 48-hour period or re-establish contact with previous users.
  • Identify Needs: Understand and identify users' actual needs through effective communication.
  • Confirm Company Data: Verify and confirm company data provided by users to ensure accurate information.
  • Refer Contacts to Suppliers: Provide users' information and relevant contacts to suppliers to ensure efficient service.
Requirements
  • Fluency in Italian.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer orientation and the ability to handle challenging situations.
  • Organization and the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is an advantage.
Compensation and Benefits

Competitive base salary of 950 euros per month, plus bonus up to 100 euros per month based on goal achievement. Additionally, enjoy a meal allowance of 7.8 euros per day, tax-exempt, paid via card, and a transportation bonus of 20 euros per month, paid via card, tax-exempt.
