Key Responsibilities- Lead the Guest Service team to deliver high-quality service
- Supervise and train team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Develop strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Manage guest complaints and feedback
- Minimum of two years' experience in a similar role on a cruise ship
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in written and spoken English and German
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and MXP/POS
