Your Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide exceptional customer service and create a warm welcome for all guests
  2. Take and manage guest bookings, up-selling opportunities, and share information about ways to improve their stay
  3. Handle cash and credit transactions efficiently
  4. Swiftly check guests in and out, issuing room keys and controlling safety deposit boxes
  5. Record and act on guests' preferences, handling their messages, requests, questions, and concerns
  6. Be a trusted contact for all guests, assisting them with any issues or providing local knowledge
  7. Stay safe by following our procedures and reporting incidents
  8. Stay informed about daily events and activities
  9. Support your colleagues when needed
