The Ideal Candidate
We are seeking a seasoned Operations Director to lead our Central Europe operations regional team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving operational results, ensuring high standards, and implementing central procedural guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the regional team and local teams in your region.
- Oversee day-to-day regional operations execution and actively manage the team to achieve results defined for the region.
- Guarantee that operating standards are followed and operational objectives are met.
- Address customer feedback with utmost importance and adapt modus operandi to decrease exceptions.
- Coordinate with central teams to ensure processes are well defined and adapted to the regions.
- Lead, coordinate, and deliver projects related to operational expansion within your region.
- Responsible for P&L management of your region, including identifying efficiency initiatives and their effective deployment.
Requirements
- Background in Business Management, Engineering, or similar education.
- At least 10 years of total relevant experience.
- Experience in strategic consulting or finance-related positions is a plus.
- Proven experience in managing operational teams with P&L ownership and direct control over operational financial performance.
- Capacity to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
- Fluent in English with German or Italian being highly desirable.
