Job SummaryThe Revenue Operations Business Partner plays a pivotal role in driving increased productivity and effectiveness across sales & marketing teams. This involves integrating data insights and providing recommendations across all stages of the sales funnel.
Main ResponsibilitiesThis includes:
- Tactical Sales Planning
- Lead Divisional Insight Reviews and Strategy Meetings
- Cross-Functional Collaboration with PowerBI Team
- Pipeline Hygiene and Feedback on Operational Changes
- Sales Enablement Tools and Reporting Automation
- Expert Level Power BI Skills
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or Finance
- Able to form strong working relationships across matrix team structures
- Strong analytical and data skills
- Clear strategic thinking and vision
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
