We are seeking a talented Salesforce Solutions Manager to join our team at Aubay Portugal. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining Salesforce applications, managing a prioritized roadmap for future developments and integrations. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a leading multinational company, specializing in Management, Implementation, Development, and Maintenance of Information Systems.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and maintaining Salesforce applications, including managing a prioritized roadmap for future developments and integrations;
  • Collaborating with external Salesforce consultants or solution experts as needed;
  • Working closely with Sales, GTM, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to identify and implement scalable system solutions;

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field;
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Systems Management, including Salesforce Sales Cloud;
  • Proven experience as a Salesforce developer, with proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce development tools;
  • Experience with data integration techniques, such as ETL/ELT processes;
  • Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure);
  • Salesforce Developer certifications (Platform Developer I and II) required;
  • Salesforce Architect certification is highly preferred;
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, etc.;
  • Written and verbal communication skills in English (B2 mandatory);
  • Residency in Portugal – Citizenship or Work Visa/Residence Card.
