We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our Enterprise Customer Success team. As a Strategic Customer Growth Manager, you will play a critical role in driving customer satisfaction and growth.

Job Responsibilities

Your primary focus will be on the post-sales lifecycle, ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing the utilization of our platform. You will work closely with our c-level suite to develop strategies and build relationships with event managers and directors of our global clientele.

  1. Create scalable processes to serve customer segments effectively and quickly.
  2. Develop relationships with event managers and directors of a global clientele.
  3. Guarantee customer satisfaction and maximum utilization of our platform.
  4. Support the development of a multicultural and fast-growing team.
  5. Provide insight to strategic project planning and delivery execution oversight.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success, project management, or enterprise software sales is preferred.
  • Experience in leading projects from scratch, preferably with a team.
  • Experience with upselling and cross-selling are highly valuable.
  • B2B experience.
  • Proven track of generating and maintaining relationships with customers.
  • Proficient English.
  • Experience in a tech startup is a differential.
  • Availability to work with different time zones.
