We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our Enterprise Customer Success team. As a Strategic Customer Growth Manager, you will play a critical role in driving customer satisfaction and growth.

Job ResponsibilitiesYour primary focus will be on the post-sales lifecycle, ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing the utilization of our platform. You will work closely with our c-level suite to develop strategies and build relationships with event managers and directors of our global clientele.
- Create scalable processes to serve customer segments effectively and quickly.
- Develop relationships with event managers and directors of a global clientele.
- Guarantee customer satisfaction and maximum utilization of our platform.
- Support the development of a multicultural and fast-growing team.
- Provide insight to strategic project planning and delivery execution oversight.
- 5+ years of experience in customer success, project management, or enterprise software sales is preferred.
- Experience in leading projects from scratch, preferably with a team.
- Experience with upselling and cross-selling are highly valuable.
- B2B experience.
- Proven track of generating and maintaining relationships with customers.
- Proficient English.
- Experience in a tech startup is a differential.
- Availability to work with different time zones.
