About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative at Webhelp France, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients receive exceptional support and service. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering high-quality customer experiences and are looking for a challenging and rewarding career opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients via inbound calls, chat, or email in the after-sales process by answering customers' inquiries and/or attending to potential requests.
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaints and providing accurate and valid information.
  • Provide real-time, accurate information that empowers the customer to make decisions and go beyond their service expectations.
  • Listen to the customer's unique situation and acknowledge their needs.

Requirements
  • Fluent in English (B2) and Norwegian (written and oral).
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills to simplify technical language for non-technical users.
  • Patience when communicating and solving issues.
  • Treat all data and personal information with the utmost confidentiality.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and a great team player.
