**Job Description**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in the aviation sector. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming queries in a customer service environment with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails while ensuring resolutions to client queries.
  • Assist clients with upgrades, rescheduling, bookings, doubts, claims, etc., in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain strong communication with clients to understand their needs regarding financial considerations, travel dates, destinations, and travel packages.
  • Perform booking management tasks, including altering, canceling, or creating new reservations.
  • Manage reservations back-office activities, such as ticket issuing, modification, and cancellation of reservations.

**Requirements:**

To succeed in this role, you must have native-level French language skills and a B2 level in English. A minimum 6-month experience in Customer Service or Technical Support in a Call Center is preferred. Additionally, you should possess excellent communication skills – both written and oral – and be able to operate in high-pressure situations.

**What We Offer:**

As a valued member of our team, you will enjoy a competitive salary of €11,956 per month (based on a 14-month contract), with an additional performance bonus of up to €100 per month and complexity bonus of up to €70 per month. You will also receive meal vouchers of €7.23 per workday, reimbursement of some transportation costs, and private health insurance and dental plan after six months.

If you live outside Portugal, we offer reimbursement of up to €400 for your initial flight ticket after six months within the company, as well as six months of accommodation in a shared flat provided by the company (with rental fee paid).
