  • A salary of 850€ gross per month, along with a 50€ tech bonus, a 200€ language bonus, and a 120€ performance bonus.

**Job Description:**

We are looking for a highly skilled Customer Service Expert to join our team at Blu Selection. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our customers in the gaming industry.

  • Investigate complex technical issues and provide timely resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Address escalated customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues related to our products and services.
  • Conduct thorough investigations into escalated cases, analyze data, and identify root causes for appropriate solutions.
  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, or chat to understand concerns and deliver timely resolutions.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Native-level proficiency in German and a minimum C1 level of English.
  • A valid Portuguese work permit (required).
