As a key member of our team, you will provide top-notch technical support services to our clients, resolving complex issues related to console usage, account management, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and live chat channels;
- Assist customers with payment-related issues and resolve conflicts in a timely manner;
- Offer expert guidance on product installation, software synchronization, and device setup;
- Cultivate strong relationships with customers to ensure loyalty and retention;
