We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to our clients. This role requires strong communication skills, a sense of responsibility, and the ability to work independently.

About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns. Your expertise in Microsoft Excel and proficiency in English and Italian languages will enable you to efficiently manage customer issues and resolve them promptly.

You will also be responsible for ensuring that the RMA lifecycle occurs according to the defined process, meeting deadlines for repair/replacement of parts, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements
  • A minimum B2 level in English and Italian languages
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Able to work in a hybrid environment and on-call shifts
