The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Specialist to join our regional operations team in EMEA/APAC. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with Managing Director and other regional leaders to drive cross-functional collaboration, enable executive effectiveness and support local employees and events.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration and Communication: Drive regional cadences to ensure alignment on strategy and approach, contribute to strategic discussions and support regional executives with communications.
  • Regional Program Management: Oversee program management for executive-level regional projects and initiatives, ensuring regional financial performance and alignment across functions.
  • Communication and Information Management: Manage sensitive information with discretion, prepare and distribute executive communications and coordinate regional content and preparations.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 2-5 years experience in cross-functional project management, business operations or executive support.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong English and Portuguese communication skills, including written, verbal and presentations.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
