Vantiva seeks an experienced Order Fulfillment Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer unit, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth processing of customer orders, managing production confirmations, and optimizing shipments to meet customer needs.

Main Accountabilities:

  • Process customer orders, verifying their acceptability with relevant stakeholders before proceeding or taking necessary actions to modify them when required.
  • Serve as the interface between Production Planning teams in Asia and manage production confirmations to align with customer orders.
  • Develop and implement effective shipping strategies to meet customer requirements, considering factors like cost, time, and logistics complexity.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with suppliers and customers, ensuring seamless communication and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Deliver weekly delivery plans to the business and participate in regular calls to discuss progress and challenges.
  • Ensure the accuracy and quality of invoicing information provided to management each week in Kinaxis.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Business Ops, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Finance, Logistics, IT SAP, and KINAXIS teams, as well as external partners, such as customers' warehouses, forwarders, and customs brokers.
