Job Description:

The Strategic Project Manager will be a key member of our team, responsible for leading strategic projects across the organization. This role will involve identifying and solving critical issues, working closely with department heads and the C-suite, and driving business outcomes.

  • Lead strategic projects to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to inform business decisions.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA is highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, or in consultancy, project management, or business strategy.
  • Proven ability to think strategically and analytically, and solve complex problems.
  • Leadership and ability to work cross-functionally and independently.
