Are you a customer-focused individual with a passion for delivering exceptional service? We are looking for a B2B Sales Enablement Coordinator to join our client's team and assist newly registered buyers in successfully navigating their online B2B marketplace.

Our client operates a digital platform that connects car dealers with vendors who provide used vehicles across Europe. As part of the Onboarding Team, you will be responsible for conducting training sessions, engaging with buyers, and proactively following up to ensure they feel confident and prepared to start purchasing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct onboarding training sessions for newly registered buyers;
  • Engage with buyers to assess their needs and preferences;
  • Record key details in Salesforce.
Requirements:
  • Experience in customer relations is mandatory;
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus;
  • Fluent in English and German.
