The role of Customer Success US is crucial to Veesion's success. As a key player in ensuring customer satisfaction, you will handle onboarding, formation, and customer satisfaction. You will be in daily contact with technical teams, expanding your knowledge on transversal subjects in a stimulating environment.

  • Identify and respond to customer needs
  • Ensure customer satisfaction
  • Help with task organization and distribution
  • Create customer documents (instructional sheets, documents, and internal processes)

Your working hours will be tailored to accommodate the time difference with the United States, allowing for a balanced lifestyle.
