Responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Documenting customer interactions in our CRM system.
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate assistance.
Requirements
  • Fluency in Portuguese, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is required.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in e-commerce.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
