Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all guests receive a warm and welcoming greeting upon arrival
  • Anticipate guests' needs and provide personalized service to exceed their expectations
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure that our guests receive the highest level of service
  • Resolve any issues or complaints that may arise during the guest's stay

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • A high level of Portuguese and good English language skills
