We are seeking an organized and customer-focused Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Portugal. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, providing administrative support, coordinating special projects, and ensuring a well-maintained office space.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrated experience as an Office Manager or in a similar position
  • Proficiency in English at a B2+ level and Portuguese at a B2+ level
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information
