**Job Overview**
We are seeking a proactive B2B Business Development Manager who excels in identifying and engaging with intermediaries. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in building and nurturing relationships with agents, attorneys, immigration consultants, investment firms, and wealth management intermediaries.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and Engage Intermediaries: Actively seek out and establish relationships with key intermediaries, including wealth management agents, attorneys, immigration agents, immigration consultants, and investment firms.
- Build Strategic Partnerships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2B partners. Understand their needs and how Mercan's services can provide value to their clients and operations.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth research to identify market trends, industry needs, and opportunities within the B2B landscape. Use this information to refine strategies and drive business development efforts.
- Develop and Execute Business Strategies: Create and implement effective strategies to capture new business from intermediaries. Drive the sales process from initial contact through to partnership agreement.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
- Proven Experience: Proven experience in business development or sales within a B2B environment, particularly in sectors such as immigration, real estate, wealth management, or investment.
- Demonstrated Success: Demonstrated success in building and managing relationships with B2B intermediaries.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
