">Zenith Oasis, Lda seeks a dedicated Customer Service Assistant to join our team. This role involves the creation and management of newsletters, customer service, onboarding new clients, administrative and operational support, marketing team support, data analysis, and content maintenance.
">Job Responsibilities
">- Create engaging newsletters that inform and entertain our subscribers.
- Provide exceptional customer service through email and phone, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with the team to develop materials and strategies that aid in customer retention and engagement.
- Manage the contact database and segment lists for email campaigns.
- Assist in organizing events, promotions, or other marketing initiatives as needed.
- Contribute ideas and suggestions to improve campaigns and communication strategies.
- Analyze data related to email campaigns and newsletter performance, generating reports and interpreting metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
- Help update information on the company website and other digital platforms, ensuring published content is always up-to-date and relevant.
