iBanFirst is an innovative fintech provider offering alternative payment solutions to traditional banking. Our platform enables international SMEs to carry out fast, secure and fairly priced multi-currency transactions.
About the RoleWe are seeking a strategic and influential Country Manager to lead our in-market team in Portugal. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering the direction, strategy and tactics of the sales organization across Europe.
Main Responsibilities- Strategic and Operational Leadership: Work closely with other Country Managers, Regional Directors and the Chief Commercial Officer to plan and deliver the sales strategy across Europe.
- Influential Team Member: Contribute to and represent the leadership team through active participation and representation.
- Maintaining a keen focus on operational risk and control environment: Champion risk ownership and accountability in the markets (first line of defense).
- Focus on achieving business targets: Grow the existing business, identify new business opportunities and produce and implement new products and services across the markets.
You will also represent iBanFirst across multiple areas from business development to social responsibility. This includes speaking at conferences and business forums, undertaking media/public relations activities to drive positive perceptions of the company based on genuine substance in collaboration with Marketing and Communication teams.
