Salary
The estimated monthly salary for this position is approximately €2,500 - €3,000 per month, plus two extra salaries per year, making it a competitive offer in the industry.
Job Description
As a Customer Service and Technical Support Representative, you will be responsible for identifying customers' needs and delivering appropriate solutions, including sales. Your duties will include guiding customers facing issues related to billing inquiries, handling transactions, and providing resolution to inquiries in a timely manner. You will also assist customers to place an order and related issues, answer customers' inquiries, troubleshoot or escalate technical issues that they face, and assist customers with account issues. Additionally, you will follow standard diagnostic procedures with an emphasis on handling the most frequently asked questions as effectively as possible.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need to have fluent Slovak language skills, excellent communication skills, and sales experience with consumer products and services. You should also possess technical research skills to troubleshoot customer problems, advanced internet research skills, and an empathetic soul with the communication skills that match. A positive and adventurous attitude is essential, as well as a willingness to soak up all the knowledge and experience offered by our company.
