At Emma, a leading D2C sleep brand, we're pushing the boundaries of technology to revolutionize the sleep industry. We're seeking an experienced Senior Financial Controller to join our ambitious team.

About the Role

We're looking for a highly skilled financial professional to lead our financial strategy, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of our financial reports. You'll analyze the impact of business actions on financial results, prepare internal and external management reporting packages, and set and track goals to steer company performance.


Responsibilities
  • Review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to provide a clear picture of our financial health.
  • Analyze the impact of business decisions on financial results, guiding strategic choices.
  • Prepare internal and external management reporting packages, compiling and presenting data for stakeholders.
  • Set and track key performance indicators to ensure we meet our objectives.
  • Ensure accurate and reliable accounting data, maintaining the integrity of our financial information.
  • Provide insightful analyses on sales, costs, profitability, and efficiency, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.

About You

To succeed in this role, you'll need a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting, with at least 3 years of experience in Controlling or FP&A. You'll possess strong knowledge of accounting and controlling aspects, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and excellent communication skills in English.
