Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Pharmaceutical Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Lisbon or Porto. As a key member of our client's support team, you will provide top-notch customer service and support to customers from all over Europe.
Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries via phone and email
- Process customer orders and resolve any related issues
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to achieve customer satisfaction goals
Requirements:
- Proficient Italian language skills (written and verbal)
- Strong English language skills (minimum B2 level)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
