We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Portugal. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch support to French-speaking clients, assisting with their inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Provide professional and timely support to French-speaking customers through various communication channels such as phone, email, and live chat.
  • Problem Resolution: Address and resolve customer issues efficiently while ensuring a positive and helpful customer experience.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the company's products and services to offer accurate and reliable information to customers.
  • Order Management: Assist customers with placing, tracking, and modifying orders, ensuring smooth processing.
  • Technical Assistance: Provide basic technical assistance to customers related to web services. Training will be provided as needed.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with other departments to resolve complex issues and improve the customer experience.
  • Customer Feedback: Collect feedback from customers to help improve the products, services, and processes.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in French: Native or near-native proficiency in both written and spoken French.
  • B2 English Proficiency: A good level of English is required for internal communication and documentation.
  • Candidate Residency: Only candidates residing within 30 km of Porto will be considered.
