Job Role

As a Country Sales Leader at Optiply, you will play a pivotal role in our international expansion in Portugal and Spain. Your primary responsibility will be to drive sales initiatives, market penetration, and revenue growth in your assigned region. Leveraging your expertise in SaaS sales and strategic thinking, you will be instrumental in establishing Optiply as the go-to solution for supply chain optimization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including potential clients, industry partners, and influencers, to drive business growth and brand awareness.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives that align with Optiply's overall business objectives.
  • Market Penetration: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to establish Optiply as the market leader in your assigned country by:
    • Proactively reaching out to outbound leads via LinkedIn, cold calls, etc.
    • Providing product demonstrations (both online and on-site)
    • Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to coordinate inbound and outbound leads
    • Sharing your knowledge and expertise to drive business growth
    • Building and maintaining relationships with customers and prospects
    • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities
Requirements
  • Industry Expertise: Deep understanding of the supply chain, logistics, or related industries, with the ability to articulate Optiply's value proposition effectively.
  • Strategic Thinker: Ability to think strategically and develop plans that drive market penetration and sustainable growth.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams.
  • Adaptability: Thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, adapting quickly to changing market conditions and business priorities.
