As an Acquisition Specialist, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our organization. Your contributions will be instrumental in driving growth and success through RFQs, negotiations, and awarding components/products for new projects or transferred projects.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Ensure material availability until Start of Production
  • Release components for procurement and mass production
  • Approve samples and release components and/or products
  • Manage initial tool orders and contract of loan issuances
  • Oversee change management before Start of Production
  • Ensure quality requirements are met and discussed with suppliers
  • Input on tolerances, process capability, machine capability, process layout, test planning, measuring capability, etc.
  • Hand over technical and commercial information to Strategic Purchasing
  • Select suppliers according to BT/Purchasing supplier strategy
  • Identify and generate ratio ideas and hand them over to Purchasing
  • Evaluate lessons learned from complaints and problems in the past
  • Prepare and approve Quality Gates

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in acquisition, negotiation, and project management. Your expertise should include:

  • RFQ management
  • Negotiation strategies
  • Supplier management
  • Quality control
  • Project coordination

We estimate the salary for this position to be around €65,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
