Job Purpose

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the efficient operation of our organization. This role is crucial in ensuring that our organization runs smoothly and efficiently, allowing other employees and executives to focus on their primary responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage schedules and diaries, ensuring strict adherence to commitments and responsibilities.
  • Act as a liaison between teams, facilitating communication and collaboration.
  • Document decisions, action items, and circulate them to relevant parties.
  • Organize events, including logistics, offsites, supplier setup, invoicing, and organizational support.
  • Assist in creating materials for All Hands calls and internal communications.
  • Book travel and process expenses for executives in a timely manner.
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of organizational charts and records.
  • Support the onboarding and offboarding of new team members.
  • Network with internal and external teams, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.
Requirements
  • 2-4 years of administrative experience or comparable professional experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work well under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Resourcefulness and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
