Job Summary: As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting contract management, Purchase Order (PO) lifecycle management, Healthcare Professionals (HCP) Contracting, and sponsorships/fees for service/donations/educational processes support.
About the Role:
• Manage contract templates and create repositories (non-legal)
• Support the audit team with requirements and information
• Recognize and escalate problems or risks as needed
• Adapt and contribute to the growth of the department
Requirements:
We are looking for candidates with strong presentations and data compilation skills. They should be detail-oriented and organized, with personal credibility and flexibility. Fluency in German and English, both written and verbal communication, is required.
What We Offer:
