About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Cross Border Talents Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. This role is perfect for an individual who possesses excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and is fluent in Italian with a working knowledge of English.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring accurate and helpful solutions are provided.
  2. Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues: Collaborate with other departments to solve complex cases and escalate unresolved issues when necessary.
  3. Stay Up-to-Date on Products and Services: Maintain thorough knowledge of our products and services to offer precise and helpful solutions to customers.
  4. Log and Track Inquiries: Ensure accurate records are maintained by logging and tracking customer inquiries in our system.
Requirements:
  • Fluent Italian (written and spoken)
  • Proficient in English (internal communication and documentation)
  • Previous experience in customer support or related field (a plus but not mandatory)
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and active listening skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays, between 7 AM and 11 PM
