We're seeking a skilled Business Development Representative with Swedish-English language skills to join our team at Ttec. As a Business Development Representative, you'll have the opportunity to work with a variety of customers and develop strong relationships with them.

About the Role
  • You will be responsible for recommending, quoting, and negotiating product knowledge with customers to close the sale while identifying and handling all sales opportunities.
  • You will build a healthy sales pipeline to achieve main targets and support customers in resolving issues before escalating to the next level.
  • You will work both independently and collaboratively with a cross-functional team to identify and solve business technology needs in a cloud-based environment.
Requirements
  • Experience prospecting, developing accounts, negotiating, and closing deals
  • Develop partnership and communicate with high-level decision makers to assess needs
  • Some understanding of cloud-based software
  • Exceptional verbal and written bilingual communication skills in both Swedish and English
  • 1+ years demonstrated sales experience
