Job DescriptionWe are seeking a seasoned professional to drive our growth strategy, increase brand awareness, and foster strong relationships within the industry. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and Implementing Community Engagement Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive plans to increase user adoption and drive brand growth through various marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Marketing Campaigns and Partnerships: Collaborate with our ecosystem partners and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to organize impactful marketing campaigns that promote our vision and values.
- Fostering Community Relationships: Nurture relationships with our community members, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Social Media Management: Manage and curate content for our social media platforms, including Twitter, Telegram, and Discord, to ensure a strong and active online presence.
- Event Planning and Execution: Plan and execute physical/virtual events, such as AMA sessions, live streams, and webinars, to educate, engage, and reward our community members.
- Conference Programming and Speaking Engagements: Organize Catalyst's event schedule, as well as conference programming, speaking and panel slots, and podcast appearances.
- Community Feedback and Analysis: Monitor and analyze community feedback, sentiment, and engagement metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable insights.
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- Prior Experience: Proven experience in GTM, marketing, community management or a related field, preferably in the blockchain or Web3 industry.
- Crypto Knowledge and Communication Skills: A strong understanding and genuine interest in crypto, with the ability to communicate complex concepts to a diverse audience.
- Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills: The ability to craft engaging content tailored to different platforms and audiences.
- Online Community Management: Proven experience in managing and growing online communities, with a track record of driving user adoption and engagement.
- Familiarity with Social Media Tools and Analytics Platforms: Familiarity with social media management tools, analytics platforms, and community management software.
We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and generous paid time off.
