Customer Experience Quality Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a talented Customer Experience Quality Specialist to join our team in Lisbon or Braga. The ideal candidate will have experience in quality assurance, training, and coaching, with fluency in German and French.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement standard training methodologies.
- Conduct training sessions for new employees and service staff to ensure quality procedures.
- Utilize the Learning Management System for training development and record accuracy.
- Maintain and monitor training materials to meet quality standards.
- Implement and oversee audit controls for HR Operations, ensuring QA feedback integration.
- Assist with Voice of Customer (VoC) surveys.
- Maintain quality documentation within the department.
- Participate in projects to enhance competency-based training and Development Sciences.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to address and improve training compliance and processes.
Requirements:
- Native/fluent German (mandatory) + Fluent French (mandatory).
- Knowledge in English.
- Previous knowledge on Consumer Handling.
- Experienced in leading, training and coaching teams.
