Job Requirements:We're looking for individuals who possess a strong passion for delivering customer success and have the skills and qualifications necessary to excel in this role. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing exceptional customer service and technical support
- Resolving customer technical issues through investigation and analysis
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions
- Maintaining relationships with customers and identifying opportunities to improve our products and processes
Key Qualifications:
- Candidate must have hands-on Customer Support or Technical Consulting or Software Development experience or equivalent
- Application development & debugging experience with one or more languages or frameworks: Java, Node, Python, PHP and Ruby, .NET Core, ASP.NET, WordPress, Joomla and Drupal
- Understanding of programming concepts such as call stacks, threading, synchronization, performance-related concepts and debugging
