The Role: Senior Graphic Designer
As a senior graphic designer, you will play a pivotal role in building a pain-free world by creating visually stunning and aligned visuals with our brand strategy and guidelines. Your responsibilities will include:
- Create compelling marketing materials for various channels, such as email, direct mail, landing pages, and digital platforms;
- Design multiple variations of assets for A/B testing;
- Develop promotional materials for webinars across email, social media, and landing pages;
- Collaborate with stakeholders to strategize multi-channel campaign executions;
- Own projects from initial design to final artwork delivery;
- Deliver projects on time, proactively communicate timelines, and iterate designs based on feedback and user testing;
- Maintain design consistency across all product touchpoints.
Your Qualifications and Skills
To excel in this role, you will need:
- +5 years of experience in Graphic Design at a product company or agency (B2C experience is a plus);
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
- Mastery of Adobe CC and Figma;
- Experience designing for Web/Email and Print is essential;
- Excellence in typography, color, layout, and composition;
- Strong attention to detail and highly organized;
- Ability to work independently, drive multiple projects simultaneously, and integrate quickly within a fast-paced environment with diverse design challenges;
- Comfortable working remotely with a global team across multiple timezones.
We estimate a competitive salary range of approximately $120,000 - $160,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications. This compensation package reflects the value we place on attracting and retaining top talent to help us achieve our mission.
