Join Copeland as a Sales and Solutions Engineer and drive growth and profitability through strategic sales activities and customer development.

Based in Portugal, you will be responsible for promoting all products, solutions, and services included in our portfolio and continuously driving customer satisfaction by understanding, communicating, and executing solutions to their needs.

Your key responsibilities will include actively promoting and seeking new opportunities to sell all products, solutions, and services, continuously driving the improvement of customer satisfaction, participating in customer development activities, maintaining and developing a high level of knowledge of our products and technologies, and driving sales and proposal strategies with the sales support organization.

You will be a key member of our team, working in a fast-paced environment and continuously pushing yourself to achieve new goals and better results. You will be passionate about making an impact and always act with integrity.

To be successful in this role, you will need an engineering degree or comparable technical education, at least years of technical sales experience in the industrial market, excellent communication and presentation skills, Portuguese and English proficiency, and availability for local and international travel.
