**Company Overview:** Phiture is a dynamic and results-driven organization seeking a skilled Customer Engagement Specialist to drive customer satisfaction, loyalty, retention, and lifetime value through innovative strategies.

About the Role: As a Customer Engagement Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing targeted customer loyalty initiatives that enhance customer experience and promote brand advocacy. Your strategic thinking and analytical skills will enable you to identify opportunities for growth and develop effective campaigns to engage customers across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Loyalty Program Management: Develop and implement customer loyalty programs that drive retention and enhance customer lifetime value by creating engaging experiences and rewarding loyal customers.
  • Customer Insights Analysis: Analyze customer behavior and segmentation data to identify opportunities for targeted loyalty initiatives and optimize existing programs for better ROI.
  • Campaign Execution: Collaborate with internal teams to design, execute, and monitor multi-channel marketing campaigns that promote loyalty programs and drive engagement.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track key metrics such as engagement rates and retention rates to measure campaign success and inform future strategy.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • A degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven experience in managing loyalty programs, customer retention strategies, or campaign management
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Creative mindset and a results-driven approach to problem-solving
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

What We Offer:

As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
