About the PositionThe successful candidate will have a strong background in data governance, data management, and data architectures. You will work closely with our business stakeholders to analyze and understand data management requirements, contributing to the implementation of data-oriented organization frameworks and stewardship.
Your tasks and responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with business stakeholders to analyze and understand data management requirements
- Contributing to the implementation of data-oriented organization frameworks and stewardship
- Interacting with responsible stakeholders on solutions for architectural and non-functional requirements
- Ramping up enterprise-wide data catalog solutions that best fit current and future business requirements
- Leveraging best practices, standards, and methodologies for the implementation and execution of Data Governance
- Consulting on different facets and various data and analytical objects
- Ensuring compliance with process-related, functional, and technical specifications
- Contributing to adherence to project timelines, budgets, quality, and scope
In this role, you will also have the opportunity to:
- Analyze additional concepts, components, and methods extending the solution
- Contribute to proof-of-concepts and pilots
To be successful in this position, you will need:
- A Master's degree in Computer Science, Medical Information Technology, or Business Information Technology
- Several years of experience in data governance, data management, and data architectures
- Good understanding of different business domains, data models, metadata analysis, data catalog interoperability, data flow, and system lineage
- Strong technical expertise working with data catalog solutions, such as Informatica Axon and EDC
- Good technical expertise in master data management, data quality management, and data preparation
- Good understanding of database technologies, data warehousing, and data lakes
- Strong experience in data models of Enterprise Suites, preferably SAP ERP and SAP HANA
- Experience in requirement engineering, demand or project management, and agile working models
- Good understanding of Windows, Linux, MS Office, and Cloud infrastructures like Azure-based Solutions
