Job DescriptionThis role involves providing top-notch technical support to our clients, ensuring their issues are resolved efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a service desk or helpdesk environment and be proficient in Windows and MAC configurations.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional technical support to clients via phone, email, or chat
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless issue resolution
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Experience in a service desk or helpdesk environment
- Knowledge of Google Suite and Atlassian products
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Familiarity with IT fundamentals, including operating systems, networking principles, and software applications
