Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, assisting with commercial questions, and collaborating with other departments.

You will also identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, help customers understand our pricing structure and fees, and monitor the day-to-day business.

  • Provide technical support to our clients;
  • Assist customers with commercial questions and product usage;
  • Collaborate closely with other departments within the company;
  • Support customers to understand our products and services;
  • Inform and guide customers during account opening and customer due diligence process;
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling;
  • Help customers understand our pricing structure and fees;
  • Monitor the day-to-day business and resolve technical and commercial issues;
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A flexible mindset and a can-do attitude;
  • Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities;
  • A team player with strong coordination and synchronization skills;
  • At least 2 years of experience in a call center or similar environment;
  • Demonstrated knowledge of mobile information technology and telecom;
  • Experience with administration and systems such as ticketing and CRM, invoicing, and Microsoft Office applications;
  • Passion for technology and the latest developments;
  • Excellent English language skills, both verbally and in writing.
