Digital Marketing Operations Leader

Nestlé Sa is seeking a Digital Marketing Operations Leader to lead a team of Campaign Specialists allocated to Nespresso markets worldwide. This role will be responsible for managing campaign operations, focusing on the delivery of email marketing, Push and SMS campaigns. The successful candidate will have experience in leading people/teams, knowledge about reporting/data analysis KPI's for email marketing, and strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities- Lead the team in establishing and accomplishing objectives as aligned with IMS and NBS strategies.
- Manage team capacity, performance, and people management, driving towards excellence in IMS by ensuring Global Standards are implemented and business/internal controls are in place.
- Monitor the efficiency of operations and coordinate execution of service improvement initiatives.
- Perform operational reviews and report to the Campaign Factory Manager, responsible for issue escalation.
We are looking for someone with:
- People-oriented leadership experience.
- Knowledge of CRM tools, with Adobe Campaign being preferred.
- Experience dealing with various stakeholders/clients.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement.
