We're seeking a Digital Operations Leader to join our diverse, customer-focused team As Digital Operations Leader, you will be responsible for driving program strategy, leading delivery, and reporting status. This is an exciting opportunity as you will work with multiple teams across different domains and effectively collaborate with engineers, engineering managers, product managers, customer service, marketing, and sales teams. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving ability, and is passionate about managing large-scale programs and projects.

This role requires occasional travel to our Lisbon office once a month, allowing you to thrive in your new role and fully embrace being a Dutonian

Candidates must be willing to adjust their working hours to accommodate some Pacific Time/West Coast hours to collaborate effectively with our US-based teams. The expected hours for this role are 12pm-8pm GMT.

The key responsibilities include: Leading IT program planning, milestone definition, resource allocation plan, and estimation to ensure predictable delivery.

Analyzing large data sets quickly to identify complex patterns and relationships resulting in practical solutions to real business problems.

Anticipating bottlenecks, providing escalation management, and making tradeoffs.

Identifying unstructured problems and driving technical and operational improvement, business strategies, and technical solutions across teams.

Providing technical contribution working with cross-functional teams to surface dependencies, risks, mitigation plans, and estimation refinement.

Collaborating closely with cross-functional partners to drive iterative process improvements.

Leveraging tools and processes to improve productivity in support of the program.

Communicating successes, schedules, priorities, issues, and overall program health to all levels in the company.

Creating, tracking, and driving critical path, flagging and managing risks, dependencies, and decisions that affect the program.

Driving program alignment on present and future outcomes that support our company's strategy.

Managing program financials related to capitalization.

Managing procurement processes related to the initiative.

Creating and distributing impactful automated reporting.

Basic qualifications: 6+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, experience running security & IT, data programs, business applications, or any related technical programs, experience doing department roadmap planning & reporting.

Preferred qualifications: experience with managing large-scale programs with a wide impact radius (such as migrations/deprecations etc.), Monday.com experience, confidence leading and influencing, experience with financial systems.
