We are seeking a skilled Pricing Transformation Project Manager to drive commercial policy transformations across Europe from our Lisbon office.
This is a unique chance to lead impactful changes and gain valuable international experience. You will be responsible for:
- Conducting in-depth price waterfall analysis to identify areas for improvement
- Performing comprehensive assessments on various elements of the price waterfall, including standard discount matrix, special price agreements, performance bonuses, marketing development funds, etc.
- Identifying gaps and developing a transition plan for countries to implement necessary changes
- Providing support to countries in implementing changes, monitoring project actions and risks, and ensuring proper resolution with relevant stakeholders
- Coordinating the overall program delivery up to the execution of the 'to-be' solution
- Monitoring, measurement, and digitization of the rebates

- Excellent communication and leadership qualities
- Fluent English language skills, with German a plus
