Job Description:

Inbound Customer Service: Handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing assistance.

Key Requirements:
  • Native level of written and verbal communication skills in Dutch
  • Good knowledge of English (B1 Level)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
