Job SummaryThe Operational and Permanent Control Team Lead will be responsible for managing the control framework for operational risks at Phiture. This includes fraud, third-party, conduct, compliance, regulatory, information and communication technology risks, and other types of risk. The ideal candidate will have experience in risk and controls, compliance, or project management and consulting, as well as strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective controls to mitigate operational risks.
- Lead a team to support the coordination of control frameworks.
- Identify and address areas for improvement in processes and procedures.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to share best practices and promote a risk-aware culture.
- Provide guidance and support to team members to help them grow professionally.
- Communicate key findings and recommendations to senior management.
