Your Role

We are seeking an English-speaking Customer Support Agent to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a key member of our customer care team, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a friendly, effective, and professional manner.

Requirements

  • You must be fluent (C2 level) in the French language and have a good understanding of the English language (minimum A2 level).
  • You should have basic computer skills and knowledge of analytical software.
  • You will need excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as strong listening skills.
  • You must be proactive and quick to learn, able to adapt to changing needs and priorities.
  • EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Portugal is required.
